This
committee is one of five “Standing Committee’s”. The
chairperson is selected by the current Board of
Directors in January, at their organizational meeting.
The “Chair”, then selects not less than 5 qualified
members to serve on this committee. (Qualified means: A
resident of PLV who owns their home and is in “good”
standing with the HOA).
“The mission of the Planning & Research Committee is
to provide research for the Board of Directors. The
committee will collect all relevant information on
any project requested by the Board. It is not the
purpose of the Committee to propose projects or make
recommendations to the Board.”
