This
committee is one of five “Standing Committee’s.”
The Board of Directors shall appoint a Finance Committee
of a minimum of (3) three and a maximum of (6) six
qualified members, one of which shall be the Treasurer
to assist in the
accomplishment and evaluation of all financial areas.
